CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY
If you wish to change your purchase decision or modify your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and specific modification requests. We will send a confirmation once the modification or cancellation is completed.
Key Rules
- Orders are only eligible for cancellation or modification within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be altered or canceled.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us directly. We will resolve the issue by offering a free replacement or full refund.
- For defective/damaged items, no return is required. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
- Refunds are not available for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses, customer unavailability, or product loss related to the security of your delivery location (confirmed by the shipping carrier as "delivered").
- Refused deliveries.
- Dissatisfaction with product dimensions, functionality, or color variations. Please review the product specifications (e.g., size, material, color details) on the product page before completing your purchase.
EXCHANGE / REFUND PROCESS
- Replacement for Defective Items: As our products are tailored to specific uses, we do not offer general returns. However, if your item is defective and you wish to retain the original product type, we will provide a free replacement.
- Refund Processing: You will receive a refund confirmation once the request is processed. Refund processing takes approximately 48 hours.
- Funds Crediting Time: The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing, typically within 14 business days (corrected from "14 working hours").
- Unreceived Refunds: If the refund does not arrive after 14 business days, please first contact your payment provider or bank. You may also reach out to us at [email protected], and we will verify the refund details and guide you through the next steps.
- Policy Validity: Our return & refund policy is valid for 90 days from the delivery date. No refunds or exchanges will be offered after this period.
FILE A CLAIM
To submit a claim for a defective or incorrect item, please email [email protected] or use the contact form with the following mandatory information:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the defective product (clearly showing the issue)
- Full delivery address
Our support team will review your submission. If eligible:
- We will resend the product at no extra cost to you.
- In rare cases where a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
